Who’s really influencing Alaska?
National networks and Outside activists are shaping Alaska’s future
without Alaskans’ knowledge or consent
Out-of-state billionaires and their left-wing foundations are flooding Alaska with dark money, trying to buy the state’s elections and control its future. These radical activists, guided by Washington, D.C. insiders, think they can dictate how people live, work, and use the natural resources that have sustained generations of Alaskans.
This has already happened in the Lower 48; now this agenda is coming to the nation’s Last Frontier. But Alaska belongs to Alaskans – not liberal elites, Outside-funded activists, or political actors in D.C.
Alaskans must determine how their future is shaped – not Outside interference.
Alaska is not for sale.
Outside
Networks
A coordinated web of national activist organizations funnels millions into Alaska to shape local policy and politics, and influence elections – often under the guise of “grassroots” movements.
Political
Agendas
Major foundations –including Arabella Advisors’ network and its subsidiaries – fuel campaigns designed to change how Alaska governs energy, resource development, and even influence elections.
Alaskan
Impact
These campaigns drive policies that undermine Alaska’s economy, limit development, and erode Alaskans’ independence – all while claiming to speak “for” the state. They also help elect candidates who will support national agendas opposed by many Alaskans.
Unraveling the Arabella Influence Web
Total money moving through the network: approximately $108.9 million*. It represents money circulating internally among interconnected funds managed under the Arabella Advisors umbrella.

Internal Cycling Patterns
- The New Venture Fund (NVF) serves as the funding network’s central hub, channeling money through related entities: NVF -> Hopewell -> Sixteen Thirty -> North Fund -> back to NVF or Arabella.
- Arabella Advisors receives about $48 million, the largest net inflow. This appears to represent a sizable amount of revenue for this private entity.
All Roads Lead to L Street
Nearly all of the funds – New Venture, Sixteen Thirty, Hopewell, and Windward – share the same Washington D.C. address (1828 L Street NW, Ste. 300) as Arabella Advisors, underscoring common management and operations. North Fund and the Impetus Fund have both previously listed this address in their Form 990 filings.
Shared offices, overlapping leadership, and circular funding reveal a unified influence operation designed to project independence while obscuring centralized control.
